But there’s a big difference between the two. Hemp seed oil has been pressed from hemp seed, and it’s great for a lot of things – it’s good for you, tastes great, and can be used in soap, paint – even as biodiesel fuel. However, hemp seed oil does not contain any concentration of cannabinoids at all, including CBD. So by all means, stock up at your local natural food store. Just don’t expect to reap the benefits of a true CBD oil when you cook with hemp seed oil.
While full spectrum CBD has ultimately proven to be more effective than CBD Isolate and can be used to effectively treat a wide variety of ailments, it does not discredit the effectiveness of CBD Isolate. There are a wide variety of situations when CBD isolate would be preferred over Full Spectrum CBD. For example, you may not necessarily need the full capabilities of Full Spectrum CBD, or if you aren’t legally allowed to use THC. It is also important to note that other cannabinoids may cause negative reactions when isolated CBD wouldn’t (if the condition you are suffering from is critical, we definitely advise you speak to a medical consultant before trying out any version of CBD).
Our full spectrum CBD tincture is 100% natural and consistently 3rd party lab-tested to ensure quality. Full spectrum tinctures contain CBD and the other naturally-occurring cannabinoids and terpenes in the hemp plant, so you get all the benefits cannabis can provide, with none of the high. Tinctures are a unique and easily-absorbed substance, so you can feel relief faster.
Many people are familiar with cannabidiol (CBD), which is found in highly concentrated amounts in our products, but there are actually dozens of cannabinoids found in hemp, which have shown many benefits in studies. We choose to make all our products with full-spectrum hemp oil, which includes all of the cannabinoids found in the plant, so you don’t miss out on any of the benefits.
This may be a good place to point out that not all CBD products are created equal. The industry is still largely unregulated, and the quality and quantity of CBD in a given product will vary wildly. Third party testing definitely helps to monitor companies’ claims, but it’s still up to you as the consumer to do your homework on the best CBD products.
Due to its non-psychoactive healing properties, Cannabidiol (CBD) has become a very popular option for patients seeking a natural alternative to treat conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, epilepsy, and more. As patients start to understand how CBD can be used to alleviate their symptoms, they are often faced with a choice between using products made from CBD Isolate or Full Spectrum CBD. So, what exactly is the difference between the two?
Just one last thing before we explain the benefits of Full Spectrum CBD oil, its important to understand that CBD from Cannabis is only legal in Medical or recreational states, while CBD hemp oil is legal in all 50 states under the 2014 US Farm Bill. While it may not be able to treat all conditions it has been known to assist with a variety of medical conditions including anxiety, depression and acute pain.
To find the perfect serving size for you, we encourage you to experiment and try out different things, as there is no universally agreed upon rule for “best CBD consumption.” In fact, studies suggest that different methods of ingestion and different serving sizes may give the best results depending on your goals. To experience the full benefits of CBD, we encourage you to consistently use the Full Spectrum Hemp CBD Oil for at least two weeks in order to allow your body adjusts to the effects.
When seeking out Full Spectrum products, you may come across some called “Broad Spectrum” that claim to have 0% THC. It’s important to verify lab tests on these products to make sure that this is not a false claim and you’re encouraged to still exercise caution with these products if drug testing is a concern. These products have sometimes gone through additional processing to try to isolate and remove as much THC as possible while still maintaining some of the other cannabinoids and terpenes.
Received my first order about a month ago. Wanted to try it before giving feedback. I would frequently wake up at night with my hands just throbbing. I ordered the high potency tropical isolate. I have been taking a total of 60mg a day split into two doses. It has greatly reduced the pain in my hands, no longer waking up at night from the pain. I have also noticed it has a calming effect. Order was processed immediately and shipped right away with tracking. I am going to order the full spectrum when it is time for a refill as I can see it may work better for my needs. I would highly recommend LN and their products.

We gave the highest points to companies that use a CBD distillate for their tinctures. The process of distillation creates an extract that is pure on a molecular level. There are people who think distillate is too pure, and that a full spectrum decarb produces a more effective tincture. But in light of the inconclusive evidence, we prefer a distillate. The process allows for a high degree of control as to the finished product. It’s also odorless and tasteless, so those tinctures tend to taste better.
Let’s not forget about terepenes and flavonoids too. While not cannabinoids from hemp, they are compounds found in hemp and other plants. Terpenes are fragrant oils that bind to receptors in the human body and carry a variety of health benefits.* Flavonoids are a group of phytonutrients that serve as cell messengers with their own health-promoting benefits,
Hi Stephen, this is something we are currently working on. The difficulty with full spectrum products is that the terpenes and plant matter which people attribute benefits to, also bring with them the essential flavors of hemp. We have designed two new full spectrum flavors (french vanilla mocha and chocolate mint) which mask the hemp flavor, but it will be a few months until we have ramped up the production necessary to support these products.
Yes, CBD oils made from marijuana (sativa or indica) can have higher concentrations of both CBD–as well as CBN and THC (the latter is the “main attraction” because it’s psychoactive). But because not everyone can lawfully buy them (and those who can must purchase in person from a state-licensed dispensary) and they’re not available online except to customers living in certain recreational-weed-legal states, they aren’t being reviewed here. Also, MJ-derived CBD oils are not as widely produced and sold.
Do the right thing for your body and ensure that you only purchase high quality products from trusted sellers. Once you’ve decided between full spectrum vs regular CBD, you now need to make the choice of picking the right seller. Choose someone with a great reputation and independent lab testing results available on the site for all to see. You certainly want to make sure you get what you pay for!
The label of this CBD oil tincture was not as easy to read as other products. Palmetto Harmony’s hemp is grown in Kentucky. This family operated business began when CBD offered unique benefits to their ailing child, Harmony. In addition tinctures, they offer topicals, capsules, pet products and even transdermal CBD patches. This tincture was selected by our friends at Anavii Market.
