After starting with another 300 mg isolate from another brand, I ordered a 225 regular tincture LN. While some like the full spectrum flavor, I can’t handle putting it under my tonge (the most efficient way to absorb it as opposed to swallowing it, ingesting it, which takes a higher dose for the same effect). I ordered the wintermint 750 high potency which has really helped me with back pain from an injured disc, and arthritis in my hip. I’m not pain free, but it is dramatically better. This is my experience with taking CBD 3000mg for the last 6 months.
