For our review of the best CBD topicals available online, we focused only on companies which make third-party, independent lab results available to consumers. Lab results are available online, included in the order, or on request. It’s vitally important that consumers know exactly what products they’re consuming: how strong it is, and whether it has any impurities. We also focused on brands with fast, friendly customer service and easy to use websites.
Some companies, especially those who sell their products at a ridiculously low price, may use cheap methods when extracting CBD oil. This requires toxic solvents that are dangerous to our health such as propane, hexane, pentane and butane. Two of these are commonly used in gas stoves and ranges, such as propane and butane, and all of them are hydrocarbon gases found in petroleum.
While cannabidiol (CBD) is all the rage at present, it is often hard to understand what you are getting. Furthermore, with so many different CBD products on the market it’s hard to tell which are full spectrum, which are not and which products are made from CBD cannabis or CBD hemp.  In this article we will try to clear up any confusion, focusing the major part of the post around Full Spectrum CBD oil.
Marijuana & hemp are both cannabis sativa (and some marijuana is cannabis indica). But “industrial hemp” (the only source of CBD lawful in all 50 states, thanks to the Federal Farm Bill’s exemption of it from the Controlled Substances Act) CBD extract products are lawful in all 50 states, can be sold on the open market at any store (not just a licensed dispensary) or online to anyone over 18–regardless of the customer’s or mfr’s state’s medical or recreational weed laws.
All this talk about THC lands us nicely in the whole “Full Spectrum vs. Pure Isolate” debate. Once you begin shopping for CBD products, you’ll notice a lot of jargon that gets thrown around without much explanation. Now that we’ve introduced THC into the conversation, we can talk about the difference between, and relative benefits of, Full Spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate (and the lesser-known contender: Broad Spectrum).
A high quality brand of CBD will always provide third-party lab results to their consumers. Some laboratories finds favorable results, while some products fail these tests. These independent labs exist to ensure that CBD oil is everything it claims to be, with a high level of CBD, low THC, and lacking in impurities that can be harmful to consumers.
I just got mine delivered on Thursday and I will say this is the best thing I’ve spent money on in a while!! As a former THC user, there is a small chance that I will go back to using that again (at least until my state legalizes it). I literally get the same relief using CBD as I did with THC, but minus the psychoactive effects, which I don’t miss by the way. I feel alert yet relaxed all at the same time. The dosage recommends 1mL, but I’m good with just .5mL. I will be placing another order very soon. This stuff has changed my life!! Thank you Lazarus Naturals…total game changer!!

The most abundant cannabinoid in hemp oil, making up over 90% of the cannabinoid content, cannabidiol or CBD is non-psychoactive and is the focus of the benefits from hemp oil. CBD has little affinity for CB1 or CB2 receptors, the main points of interaction for cannabinoids in the endocannabinoid system, and instead acts as an indirect antagonist of cannabinoid agonists, possibly allowing CBD to temper the high caused by THC. Our Gold Label RSHO™ is almost 25% CBD, making up most of oil’s weight. All other cannabinoids come in under 0.4% by weight.
This is my 3rd time ordering. I’m still happy with this company. People are loving my tinctures and my balm I can hardly keep on the shelf. I have had a handful of customers ask me for a tincture without coconut oil though due to allergies. They don’t offer this in a tincture only in Isolate which I’m still not sure if it will work the same. So I’m hoping a coconut free version will be available sometime in the future.
You may have read or heard in the news all the reports of people wanting to take CBD Oil for many ailments, some of which are cancer, epilepsy, chronic pain, TMJ, anxiety and diabetes.  And, many people are reporting some pretty fantastic improvements to their conditions after taking these oils.   The first thing most people want to know is: IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CANNABIDIOL FROM HEMP AND CANNABIDIOL FROM MARIJUANA?  And, the short answer is “no”; molecularly, CBD is CBD.  But, there are generally some differences in the CBD Extracts.  Let me explain this a bit further.
Just one last thing before we explain the benefits of Full Spectrum CBD oil, its important to understand that CBD from Cannabis is only legal in Medical or recreational states, while CBD hemp oil is legal in all 50 states under the 2014 US Farm Bill. While it may not be able to treat all conditions it has been known to assist with a variety of medical conditions including anxiety, depression and acute pain.
Although low, the original amount of THC present in hemp may still cause a certain level of psychoactive effects when processed incorrectly. Remember, CBD oil is made from the extracts of hundreds, even thousands, of hemp plants, therefore, no matter how small a percentage of THC there is in hemp, it may still have a high concentration on CBD oils that have been processed poorly, especially since the equipment needed to properly process CBD oil from hemp can be costly.

On a molecular level, all classes of cannabinoid are derived from the cannabinoid cannabigerol (CBG). Cannabinoids are changed from their original acid forms by decarboxylation through heat, light, or alkaline conditions, allowing them to interact fully with the endocannabinoid system. Another quality of a good CBD oil is that it is manufactured using the whole plant. CBD Isolates are becoming increasingly popular, but in reality, it is a cheaper material than whole plant extracts.  Using the whole plant, rather than using only one part, ensures that the oil contains not just CBD, but also the full range of primary and secondary constituents of the hemp plant. These include terpenes, flavonoids, and other cannabinoids that are generally believed to work synergistically with CBD, making the benefits exponentially higher than CBD alone.
