I use plus CBD brand for my patients and myself. It’s a fantastic company with a great reliable product. They have the biggest share of retail outlets in the country so they have to be priced right and labeled properly. They also have GRAS rating. That means generally regarded as safe. They are the only CBD company to do the research and spend the money to get that rating. I love the gummies.
I am very impressed with this CBD oil, out of three I’ve tried. Recently injured my neck and/or trapezius muscle with heavy weights. The pain was pretty severe and limited my mobility during the day and my sleep at night, no matter the position. This CBD oil really muted the discomfort and allowed me so much better sleep. I’ll keep using this one. Thank you so much Lazarus for crafting this miracle product and also, for the veterans discount. God bless!
Although low, the original amount of THC present in hemp may still cause a certain level of psychoactive effects when processed incorrectly. Remember, CBD oil is made from the extracts of hundreds, even thousands, of hemp plants, therefore, no matter how small a percentage of THC there is in hemp, it may still have a high concentration on CBD oils that have been processed poorly, especially since the equipment needed to properly process CBD oil from hemp can be costly.

We also rated the product based on the type of CBD they used: isolate, full-spectrum decarb, broad-spectrum, or distillate. There’s a lot of debate around what is actually best, but our first decision was to give points to CBD oil that contains a range of cannabinoids. While there are certainly people with good reasons for choosing an isolate, there’s a lot of good evidence that CBD works better in combination with other cannabinoids (this is called the “entourage effect”).
When CBD is referred to as full spectrum or whole plant CBD, it means that the CBD contains all other cannabinoids found in the marijuana plant including CBN (Cannabinol), CBG (Cannabigerol), and THCV (Tetrahydrocannabivarin), to name a few. And yes, along with these cannabinoids, Full Spectrum CBD also contains trace amounts of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), but in very low concentrations (up to .3%), resulting in very minimal psychoactive stimulation.
Cannabinol results from the degradation of THC. There is little of it in the fresh plant, but decarboxylation often raises the amount of CBN in the plant as an effect. CBN is only mildly psychoactive and has a higher affinity for the CB2 receptor than the CB1 receptor, linking CBN to the body’s immune system. In hemp oil, CBN is present in levels of 0.2% or lower.

Marijuana & hemp are both cannabis sativa (and some marijuana is cannabis indica). But “industrial hemp” (the only source of CBD lawful in all 50 states, thanks to the Federal Farm Bill’s exemption of it from the Controlled Substances Act) CBD extract products are lawful in all 50 states, can be sold on the open market at any store (not just a licensed dispensary) or online to anyone over 18–regardless of the customer’s or mfr’s state’s medical or recreational weed laws.
Another quality of a good CBD oil is that it is manufactured using the whole plant. CBD Isolates are becoming increasingly popular, but in reality, it is a cheaper material than whole plant extracts.  Using the whole plant, rather than using only one part, ensures that the oil contains not just CBD, but also the full range of primary and secondary constituents of the hemp plant. These include terpenes, flavonoids, and other cannabinoids that are generally believed to work synergistically with CBD, making the benefits exponentially higher than CBD alone.

Yes! In addition to the rigorous quality assurance testing that Calm Premium Hemp Oil undergoes before it goes in the bottle, it is also sent out for independent analysis. This testing is conducted at ProVerde Labs, and shows that Calm Premium Hemp Oil is a full spectrum hemp oil rich in cannabinoids and terpenes with zero THC. Cannabigerol is known as the stem cell cannabinoid for its role as a precursor to other cannabinoids found in hemp and marijuana. Previously overlooked as a significant cannabinoid, the role of CBG is becoming better understood, and companies like Medical Marijuana, Inc.’s AXIM® Biotechnologies are starting to research its potential. Because most CBG is transformed into other cannabinoids like CBD or THC by the cannabis plant, natural CBG levels are low in most processed cannabis plants.

Received my first order about a month ago. Wanted to try it before giving feedback. I would frequently wake up at night with my hands just throbbing. I ordered the high potency tropical isolate. I have been taking a total of 60mg a day split into two doses. It has greatly reduced the pain in my hands, no longer waking up at night from the pain. I have also noticed it has a calming effect. Order was processed immediately and shipped right away with tracking. I am going to order the full spectrum when it is time for a refill as I can see it may work better for my needs. I would highly recommend LN and their products.
